Welcome to Crescence. This guide walks a brand operator through the first week on the marketplace.
1. Apply
Start at the signup page and choose the brand role. The application asks for your company name, the category you sell in, and a short description of your products. Most applications are reviewed within two business days.
2. Verify
Once approved, you complete a short verification step. We check your business details against public records to keep the marketplace credible for buyers. Have your business registration information ready.
3. Build your brand page
Your brand page is what office buyers see. Add your products, photography, and the story behind the brand. The brand page editor walks you through each section.
4. Go live
When your page is ready, publish it. From that point your products are discoverable, and Maia begins surfacing your brand to offices whose dietary mix and budget fit what you sell.
