Crescence pays brands through Stripe Connect. This guide covers setup and the payout schedule.
One-time setup
In your brand settings, complete the Stripe Connect onboarding. Stripe collects your business and bank details directly; Crescence never sees or stores your bank account number. Onboarding takes a few minutes and only has to be done once.
The payout schedule
Payouts are sent three business days after an order is delivered. The three-day window covers the period in which a buyer could open a dispute. Crescence may hold a payout while a dispute on that order is active.
Tracking payouts
Your financials page shows your payout schedule, payout history, and any holds, so you always know what is landing and when.
