Budgets
In your office finances settings, set a budget for a period, monthly is common. As orders are placed, spend tracks against the budget so you always know where you stand.
Caps
Caps are hard limits. You can cap how much an individual team member can spend, or cap spend in a category. An order that would exceed a cap is held for review rather than going through automatically.
Visibility
