When you can cancel
You can cancel an order before the brand has shipped it. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still raise an issue through the dispute process if something goes wrong on delivery.
How to cancel
From the order detail page, request a cancellation. If the order has not shipped, the brand is notified and the order is canceled.
The payment
When an unshipped order is canceled, the payment is reversed and no commission is charged. If you need to change rather than cancel an order, message the brand directly from the order page.
